Dailyplay Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

  • Dailyplay : The sole proprietorship Dailyplay, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 75191784, located at Zonneweg 1, 5712GN Someren, the Netherlands. Dailyplay is also referred to in these terms and conditions as "we," "us," or "our."

  • Website : The website www.dailyplay.nl , owned by Dailyplay, on which erotic articles are offered.

  • Customer : Any natural person or legal entity who purchases or wishes to purchase products through the Website. Customer is also referred to in these terms and conditions as "you" or "your."

3.2 The prices for products are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Dailyplay reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 To place an order, please follow the instructions on the Website.

4.2 Payment can be made via Ideal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

4.3 After receipt of your payment, the order will be processed and you will be kept informed of the delivery status.

5. Cancellations and Returns Policy

5.1 Cancellations
Due to our automated and efficient logistics, it's not possible to cancel an order after it's been placed. Once the order is finalized in our system, it's processed and shipped immediately. By placing an order, you agree that cancellation is not possible .

5.2 Returns
Products that meet our returns and hygiene policy can be returned within 45 days of receipt . Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original (preferably sealed) packaging.

5.3 If products are returned incomplete or damaged, Dailyplay reserves the right to retain part of the purchase price.

5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the return.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Shipping costs are free for deliveries within the Netherlands, and delivery times are 1-2 working days.

6.2 Shipments to Belgium are also free, with a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

6.3 Dailyplay is responsible for shipping. Even if the product is returned by the Customer, Dailyplay remains responsible. If a product arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours by email ( info@dailyplay.nl ) or via the chat function on the website, otherwise the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

7.1 Dailyplay collects customer data for research purposes and may send promotional emails with the Customer's consent.

7.2 Dailyplay does not use cookies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Dailyplay retains the intellectual property rights to the website, logos, and content. Customers are not permitted to use any of Dailyplay's intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Warranties and Liability

9.1 Dailyplay offers a 6-month manufacturer's warranty on its products.

9.2 Dailyplay accepts no liability for misuse of the product by the buyer.

9.3 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Dailyplay by email ( info@dailyplay.nl ) within 2 days of the consumer discovering the defects, fully and clearly described.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

10.2 Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

11.1 Dailyplay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions will be published on the Website.

11.2 Customers must monitor the general terms and conditions themselves for any changes.

12. Other Provisions

12.1 Products that comply with the hygiene policy are delivered in sealed packaging. Once this packaging is broken, the right of return expires.
